Spaghetti is one of my favorite healthy home cooked meals to prepare. You can really improve upon the healthiness of this meal by adding vegetables to your sauce. I figure, if I can get full and I’ve consumed a good amount of vegetables in doing so, I’ve done a lot better job than grabbing a bucket of fried chicken, biscuits and grape jelly.
As in any meal, especially when you are working towards a healthier lifestyle, I recommend that you do not cook or shop for food when you are hungry. Instead, grab a Nutrilite Snack Bar or a Meal Replacement Shake to hold you over until its time to feast. You’ll be cutting calories and putting more great things into your body all at the same time!
