#17:  Are Your Workouts Portable?

It is important that you learn how to be flexible with your exercise.  In my past journeys I have run into trouble by not thinking outside of the box.  Learn to add activities to your exercise routing that can be done indoors or outdoors.

So often we look at the weekend as a time to travel and get away.   While this can and should remain true, why not bring along your running/walking shoes and get a workout or two in?  All it takes is a commitment to become better and the rest will take care of itself.

    Great job dude… Love your videos but more importantly you’re doin’ it man!

    Keep recording this stuff and don’t forget to keep a detailed journal because when you’re down to your goal weight you could make a documentary from all of this and come out on top for sure.
