On this past weekend, I attended my first Amway Global Regional Conference. My blog, http://www.lourileylive.com was featured. There I was and on the big screen was one of my videos. After about a minute and a half, I was asked to stand along with my trainer while the audience applauded. It was a great feeling. At the same time though I recognize that I have taken another step in realizing my goal to become fit and healthy.
