Lou -

Keep up the good work! This site is amazing...you're setting the bar for blogging (interactive media is the way to go).

I hear you on the importance of swimming - it's a workout! Looking good and keep it up. Jazz

Hi Lou,

you have my full respect for doing this filming at the pool. But first of all, I\\\'d be afraid of the cam falling into the water, lol.

Anyway, you\\\'re right, swimming is a really great activity. I tried to add it to my own workout plan too, but I failed. I think I\\\'m just trying to get too many activities done and can\\\'t take the time every single day, so I had to cancel this one. But you\\\'re absolutely right, swimming is one of the best things you can do, especially if you\\\'re overweight.

What you\\\'re telling about getting over your own inhibitions: I don\\\'t know your age, but I\\\'m 28 today and when it comes to my inhibitions I always think back to how it was ten years ago. Young people can be very, very cruel and in school and right after school you always learn that it\\\'s easy for everyone to laugh about others, so you build up some of these inhibitions, because you think it will always be like that. But according to my experience people stop laughing when they\\\'re older, when they finally get mature. And if you realize this and go to the pool when you\\\'re only between matures it is much, much easier. You will learn that laughing about people is just a symbol of immaturity and that you are respected by most of the people. So you\\\'re right: GET OVER IT. And take the chance to make better experiences.

As I told you I\\\'m doing strength training and I got the same problem with that one. But I found a gym that\\\'s not overcrowded with bodybuilders or something, but with just very normal people. People that try to work at their health. People of each age. And that\\\'s a very good thing, as there are no jerks that try to fool you or something. It\\\'s just working at your health... every single person. I love that maturity when you just leave behind the kiddy areas.
